ORDERING INFORMATION
PRICING
1a. Prices are subject to change.
2. CLAIMS for Damage
2a. Once orders have shipped from our warehouse, the responsibility of their delivery passes to the delivery company, for example, Canada Post. Delivery companies usually do not insure for glass breakage. Insurance coverage may only cover loss or damage to the non-glass product. Kona's past shipping record shows a minimal rate of glass breakage or damage to other products. We account this success rate to quality packaging procedures and trusted delivery services.
2b. If there is reason to believe that there is damage, either hidden or visible, mark the delivery slip as such before the driver leaves. If damage to the product is found, take pictures of the damaged product and packaging. Keep all packing & product evidence. Submit the images and damage details to Kona Stained Glass. As the shipper, we have to initiate the claim.
3. REFUNDS & RETURNS
3a. Refund Exclusions: Some items and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3b. Refunds:
We accept returns for refunds, other than those shown above in 3a.
