1a. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change.
2. Terms and Conditions for your purchase
2a. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, the responsibility of delivery passes to the delivery company, for example, Canada Post.
Delivery companies do not insure for glass breakage.
Insurance coverage covers loss or damage to the non-glass product.
Our past shipping experience with glass products has been very successful. We account this success rate to quality packaging procedures and trusted delivery services.
2b. CLAIMS for Damage
If there is reason to believe that there is damage, either hidden or visible, attempt to mark the delivery slip as such upon receiving the package. Keep a copy of the detailed delivery slip.
If damage to the product is found, take pictures of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packing & product evidence.
Submit the images and damage details to Kona Stained Glass. As the shipper, we initiate the claim.
Once we acknowledge and confirm your claim, you can use the damaged product to the best of your ability and dispose of the packing material.
Regardless of a shipping company's policy, we always initiate a claim.
Upon the ruling of the carrier, we will notify you of the claim result.
3. REFUNDS & RETURNS
3a. Refund Exclusions: Some items and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- Zinc, Copper, or Brass cut to 3 ft. lengths
3b. Refunds: We accept returns for refunds, other than those shown above in 3a.
- Please return within 90 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be unopened and unused in the original packaging
- Refunds do not include shipping and boxing fees.
- Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the sender.
- Upon receipt of a returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to the original method of payment.

7. BOXING FEES – there is a charge for boxing glass.
7a. GLASS BOXING Fees – Glass is packed in a cardboard box with foam chips. This packaging method is the best option to eliminate damage during transportation.

7b. BOXING FEES – there is a charge for boxing some metals.

Came Boxing fees do not apply to full factory boxes in sizes of 15lb, 22lb, 33lb, and 45lb.
The came is packed in a cardboard box. Selecting a 36-inch box saves a Canada Post over-size extra shipping fee of $18.

8. GLASS CRATING FEES – for truck shipments only
CRATING Fees & PALLET Fees for GLASS – For glass orders being transported by a trucking company the glass is placed in a wooden crate and secured to a wooden shipping pallet. This packaging method is the best option to eliminate damage during transportation.
