Nokorode Regular Paste Flux - 1.7 oz.
Essential ingredient for Soldering, Paste Flux is required for liquified solder to adhere onto a metal surface. Paste Flux stays in place and is easier to control flow compared to liquid flux.
Nokorode Regular Paste Flux - Essential ingredient for Soldering
1) During Application Use safety glasses and gloves. Proper and complete preparation of metal surfaces is key to a superior result.
2) Remove oxidization with wire brush or steel wool. Freshly soldered areas do not require removal of oxidization. Clean off all debris.
3) Use a flux brush to apply liquid flux. Apply thin layer. Apply specifically to the area being soldered. Do not be concerned with flux on glass. If re-soldering same area reapplication of flux may be required.
4) After soldering is complete wipe away excess flux and neutralize with Kwik-Clean or similar.
5) Carefully remove all flux residue. Active flux can cause an etched surface on the glass. Failure to do so may result in eventual discoloration of solder lines.
6) Professional Tip: Active Flux Residue should not remain untreated on glass or material for longer than 8 hours.
7) Keep Stored Safely and Securely.
