Whiting Powder is useful to extract excess moisture from cement and putty. Cleans glass, lead, and copper foil projects by removing residues.

Whiting Powder is used by sprinkling directly onto the surface of art glass panels and then lightly brushed.

WHITING POWDER APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1)     Use prior to application of patina or polish

2)     Wear a dust mask

3)     Use a sieve to sprinkle Whiting lightly and evenly directly on the glass surface

4)     Use Putty brush or similar to brush whiting

5)     Brush in light circular motions

6)     Use care not to brush away cement or putty

7)     Brushing all surfaces extracts excess moisture and unwanted residues

8)     Brush or vacuum away leftover Whiting
